BIO

11 new originals from Heidi Vincent, a young new indie project in the alternative pop music vein. A quirky collection of pop rock ditties, some dark, some light, all a little off balance. Dirty pretty alternative pop with a touch of the 80′s, some reggae and a sprinkling of punk. Girly, defiant, murderous, tongue in cheek, the album articulates every emotion of love and life.

What they’re saying,,,

“But Vincent is a bit mysterious, too. Her voice tugs at some past memory strings, reminding one of a great crooner from the past. The crooner’s name seems just out of memory’s grasp until you realize it’s her own unique voice built on the rock-solid base of the old music industry greats.” Jean Sorenson – Journalist REM Magazine

“Heidi Vincent has a strong pure voice and a sense for those slightly off-kilter hooks that stick in your head on one hearing. “Shape I’m In” a slightly twisted love song is getting satellite radio airplay (Starbucks “HearMusic” Channel 75). The rest of the CD could, too. A fine direct disc!” B- Stuart Derdeyn – Music Editor for the Province

“Vincent has a remarkable vocal versatility that is powerful and demands, she captures the listener immediately.”Russ Elliott – President @ Musicaldiscoveries.com New York/USAT

“Hey – Star is really great. I really liked the production and your voice was hot.”Joshua Jones/KHYI 95.3 The Range Texas/USAT

“The genre is pop rock and the quality is topnotch! With a voice seemingly created to sing lead vocals, this artist is also backed with a great band! Wally – DGM Publishing / Scout’s Digest

“Hey Heidi — GREAT sound! I’m going to put Star for some feature play on The Zone 91.3.” Music Director – Scott James 100.3 The Q!

“Extraordinary modern Rock with wonderful Female vocals that are warm, powerful & real. Roger Vincent Tari – President: VT Music / Music Of The World

“The real showstopper is Vincent’s mesmerizing vocal styling. Heidi takes on a candy-coated, Sexy girl trill in one moment and then captivates you with a powerful, dripped in silk vocal the next.” Samantha Donen – Music Editor: Vail Trail.

Hullo Heidi. It was a pleasure meeting you and your daughter the other day at the diner. I had an opportunity to see your work on your home page and youtube. I did not realize that I was in the presence of such talent. I wouldn’t even pretend to have any musical talent but you truly have an incredible voice. WOW! Is there an opportunity to see you perform in the near future?
